I am responsible for the sales and marketing efforts for a neighborhood in the Spring Hill submarket of Nashville.
COMUNITY SALES MANAGER, CRESCENT HOMES (2021-2023)
I managed the sales and marketing for a community in the Murfreesboro submarket. I completed marketing activities like Realtor events, MLS listings and e-mail blasts to generate traffic to the model home. I then managed the sales process from initial interaction to close of escrow.
Originally, I was brought on to launch a community in a new submarket from the ground up. My input on floorplan design, included features, pricing strategy, and marketing led to a successful launch, exceeding expectations. I delivered consistent results by creating thoughtful marketing and prospecting plans, broken down by quarter, month, week and day.
AR Homes by Arthur Rutenberg (2020 – 2021)
An individual contributor role responsible for the sale of custom luxury homes in the Greater Nashville market. My ability to learn quickly and be adaptable allowed me to close a $1.2M sale within the first 45 days in the model. My primary focus was locating buildable lots for customers, generating new leads by marketing the builder to local Realtors and new prospects, and pricing out custom build projects.
DIVISION SALES MANAGER, NVR/RYAN HOMES (2017 – 2020)
Worked for a Top 5 national homebuilder as one of their Nashville Division Sales Managers. I reported directly to the Division President and was responsible for achieving annual sales, gross margin, and P&L targets. I oversaw the performance of 5 separate communities and consistently met or exceeded sales plan in every business unit. I did this by recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and developing a strong team of salespeople as well as positioning the product offering to remain competitive within their given submarkets.
SALES & MARKETING REP, NVR/RYAN HOMES (2015 – 2017)
Quota carrying individual contributor responsible for sales in a variety of communities from first time homebuyer to move-up buyers. I marketed the communities to drive traffic into the model homes so I could help customers achieve the American Dream. I dealt directly with customers and helped them through the entire sales cycle, from discovery to closing.
DEPARTMENT MANAGER, NORDSTROM (2010 – 2015)
Managed the Luxury Handbag departments in three separate stores for one of the leading luxury retailers in the country. I was responsible for the sales goals and people management of one of the top-volume departments in each store. In my last role, I led a team of eight salespeople and one assistant manager to success by providing a clear vision and strategy in a new market (Nashville). They delivered the number one sales volume increase YoY in the entire country.
